Air Force Recruitment
Ten categories of aviation and technical role, one process, and a single unambiguous principle: eligibility, selection, appointment and enlistment are governed by applicable national law and by the authority of the government concerned.
Potential Categories
Categories that a government-approved programme could address. The specific categories opened, the standards applied and the volumes sought are always defined by the government concerned.

Standards & Screening
Screening exists to establish, before anyone's time is committed, whether a candidate meets the standard the receiving government has set. The standard belongs to the government; the verification work belongs to the platform.
Confirming nationality, age, legal status, right to travel and any category-specific eligibility condition set by the receiving government. Where a candidate is not eligible, that is established at the outset rather than late in the process.
Verification of qualifications, technical certifications, licences, apprenticeships and documented aviation experience against the requirement — including confirmation with the awarding institution where that is necessary.
Assessment against the medical and physical standards specified for the category and by the receiving government. Aviation roles frequently carry category-specific medical requirements that must be met before training can begin.
Conducted to the standard and scope defined by the receiving government, under the applicable law of the countries involved, and with appropriate handling and protection of the personal information collected.
The decision gate. No candidate proceeds to appointment or enlistment without the explicit approval of the sovereign government concerned, and that government may decline any candidate at its sole discretion.
